Privacy- and cookie-statement

This privacy statement applies to all services provided by Delmeco Group BV.
We consider respect for the privacy of our clients and customers to be a justified social responsibility. We provide targeted and personal services and advice, for which we sometimes require personal data. In doing so, we comply with the GDPR, the legislation and regulations applicable to the use of personal data. Our services are transparent and reliable.

Personal data includes all information that identifies an individual as a person, such as name, address, email address, date of birth, bank account number and telephone number. IP addresses collected by certain plug-ins, such as Google Analytics, are also considered personal data.

Handling of personal data

  1. To prepare quotations and invoices, we use address details. These are used for sending documents by post or email.
  2. We use the personal data provided solely for the specific purposes for which it has been supplied.
  3. We never sell personal data to third parties, nor do we provide it in exchange for services. All personal data provided remains with Delmeco Group BV.
  4. We do not retain personal data longer than necessary, unless a legal obligation requires us to do so. Address details from quotations and invoices are included in our customer database, which is stored in encrypted form and used exclusively for our own communication. Quotations and invoices are stored electronically or on paper for a minimum period of seven years, in accordance with statutory requirements.
  5. We take every possible measure to protect personal data against unauthorised access, loss or theft. Personal data is stored in our encrypted cloud environment with real-time virus and malware protection. Regular backups are made to prevent data loss.
  6. Under the GDPR, clients and customers have the right to access, amend, block or request deletion of their personal data, within the framework of Dutch legislation.
