Delmeco carried out the consultancy and engineering services for the realisation of a fire suppression system in an MCC room (room protection).
For the fire safety discipline, the assignment included the following components:

Describing the fire suppression system in a technical specification/tender document

Requesting quotations

Evaluating quotations and preparing the investment budget

Assisting during the tender process

Coordinating and reviewing design drawings and calculations

Coordination with the client and KIWA R2B

Checking the dimensions of control panels and cabinet openness

Coordinating initial inspection items and project completion
Delmeco’s responsibility within this project covered the entire process—from the design phase to tender readiness—and included project management during the execution phase up to final delivery.
In addition, Delmeco provides annual maintenance and certification services for the fire suppression systems. These activities include:

Preparing an annual schedule and daily planning

Coordinating between the inspection body and the installer

Arranging corrective actions for inspection findings, if applicable
