Delmeco provided advisory and engineering services for the realisation of the fire detection and evacuation systems in various building sections at Nutricia, including Factory 1 and the new gatehouse.
For the fire safety discipline, the scope of work included the following activities:

Defining the fire detection and evacuation systems in a technical description / specification

Requesting quotations

Evaluating quotations and preparing the investment budget

Assisting with the tendering process

Coordinating and reviewing design drawings and calculations

Coordination with the client and the inspection body

Implementation of a digital fire brigade control panel

Design and coordination of fibre optic connections (network of fire alarm control panels)

Coordinating items related to the initial inspection and final completion
Delmeco’s responsibility within this project covered the entire process from the design phase through to tender readiness, as well as project management of the execution phase up to and including final handover.
