Investigating complaints
Our investigations focus on identifying and resolving comfort and performance issues in installations. These may include:
- Temperature, humidity, volume flow and pressure measurements
- Thermal imaging inspections (thermography)
- Mapping existing installations
- Providing targeted advice to resolve identified issues
Design, calculations and drafting
Delmeco designs and calculates installations for a wide variety of buildings, including:
- Schools and healthcare facilities
- Hotels and offices
- Government buildings
- Retail and leisure facilities
We work with both 2D and 3D modelling and take energy efficiency, comfort, maintenance and statutory requirements into account.
Inspections and consultancy
We carry out various types of inspections, including:
- Legionella inspections, performed in accordance with BRL 6010 and regulations as described in ISSO 55
- Inspections focused on energy savings and efficient use of installations
- Comfort inspections aimed at indoor climate quality and user satisfaction
- Inspections in relation to the Building Decree for the Living Environment (Bbl), the successor to the Building Decree 2012.

Sustainability and innovation
Delmeco closely follows current developments in legislation and regulations, including the BENG requirements (Nearly Energy Neutral Buildings) and the sustainability objectives of the Climate Agreement. We advise on innovative solutions in the areas of energy efficiency, heat pumps, heat recovery, low-temperature heating systems and the integration of building management systems for monitoring and optimisation.

Delmeco performs HVAC services for a broad range of clients, including various municipalities, Koninklijke Schelde Groep, Damen Schelde Naval Shipbuilding, Amels, Technico Installatietechniek, Nutricia, Primark, Orionis Walcheren, Lovago / Funtastic, Scalda, Roompot, Jumbo and various multifunctional centres (MFCs). HVAC designs and inspections have also been carried out for churches and other social real estate projects.
