You continuously stay up to date with the latest developments in the market and ensure that our clients always remain one step ahead.
In this role, you are the go-to person for all matters related to electrical engineering for both existing and new clients.
You work together with a multidisciplinary team of specialists and ensure that projects are delivered within the agreed time, quality and budget. You maintain close contact with clients, suppliers and internal teams and keep oversight of both the technical and financial aspects of the project. With your experience and leadership, you know how to motivate your team and make adjustments where necessary.
Who are you?
- You have at least a higher professional education (HBO) degree in Electrical Engineering or an equivalent level gained through experience.
- You have at least 3 to 5 years of experience in a leadership role within electrical engineering and industrial automation.
- You have experience working in a project-based environment and know how to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- You understand that good advice starts with active listening and you are a politically skilled communicator.
- You are a strong relationship builder and an expert in electrical engineering. The wishes of the client are always your top priority.
