Royal Lactalis Leerdammer commissioned Delmeco Consulting and Engineering Agency to provide engineering consultancy and technical advisory services for the preparation of a utility maintenance tender. Through this tender, Royal Lactalis Leerdammer established a long-term maintenance contract covering a wide range of utility systems. The objective was to ensure the reliable availability of these utility systems, maintain the installations to a high standard, and improve the overall energy efficiency of the facilities over the coming years.

Scope of the Tender

The tender included the following utility systems:

  • Steam
  • Condensate
  • Softened Water
  • Chilled Water
  • Cooling Water
  • Potable Water
  • Compressed Air
  • Domestic Hot Water
  • HVAC Systems
  • Natural Gas
  • Electrical Power Distribution

Delmeco Consulting and Engineering Agency was responsible for providing the engineering and consultancy services required to prepare the complete utility tender documentation.

Scope of Work

The assignment included:

  • Collecting the required technical information
  • Carrying out on-site inspections and condition assessments, including photographic documentation
  • Preparing the technical specifications and functional descriptions
  • Reviewing and incorporating revisions
  • Delivering the final technical specifications for the tender process

Delmeco’s responsibility within this project covered the complete engineering consultancy scope, from the initial design phase through to a tender-ready package.
