Project description:

In order to establish the state of maintenance of various engineering structures, Rijkswaterstaat (Department of Waterways and Public Works) ensures that they are inspected on a regular basis. Delmeco has performed various NEN 2767 condition inspections on E and  M installations. The condition inspections verify the quality of the maintenance parts of the engineering structures.

 

Inspections were performed on various componential installations of the following engineering structures:

  • Traffic centre Noord West Nederland;
  • Wijker tunnel;
  • Schiphol tunnel;
  • Zeeburger tunnel;
  • Engineering structure 502.

For these engineering structures, the following installations were inspected:

  • Supply installation;
  • Lighting;
  • Traffic control installation (overview/CO/SOS/matrix);
  • Ventilation;
  • Cameras.

The assignment consisted of:

  • Studying object information;
  • Drawing up health-and-safety plans;
  • Drawing up an inspection plan (work method, procedures and employment of people);
  • Organising traffic blocks, road cordons and / or switching off (componential) installations;
  • Drawing up the definitive inspection plan and lay-out of the inspection report per object (in accordance with 2767);
  • Execution of condition inspections of the various installations;
  • Drawing up inspection reports per object (including advice).

Client: Rijkswaterstaat Noord-Holland

Rijkswaterstaat Noord-Holland maintains, manages and builds roads, motorways and the main waterways in Noord-Holland.
