Delmeco Raadgevend Ingenieursbureau gives advice, designs, draws, calculates and inspects installations in the field of HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, AirConditioning), sanitary fittings and affiliated installations.

Due to new regulations, changing comfort requirements, climate agreements and rising energy costs, installations have become an increasingly important part of buildings like schools, offices, healthcare institutions, leisure/stores, etc.

For various customers we do the following HVAC-related works:

• Various complaint examinations. These examinations consist in the main of:
  • Various temperature, humidity, volume, and pressure measurements;
  • Inspections with the FLIR thermal camera/heat-vision camera;
  • Mapping out existing installations;
  • Giving advice with regard to resolving the complaints that were examined.

• Designing, calculating and drawing various installations in different types of buildings, such as: 
  • Schools;
  • Health care institutions;
  • Hotels;
  • Offices;
  • Public sector buildings;
  • Stores, Leisure.

• Carrying out various inspections: 
  • Legionella inspections, performed in accordance with BRL 6010 and the regulations as laid down in the ISSO 55, revised version 2012;
  • Inspections for the sake of energy saving;
  • Inspections for the sake of comfort improvement;
  • Inspections due to the Buildings Decree.

• Advise and defects liability work before and during the building of technical installations;
• Management.
